Sabut Moong Dal – Healthy Weightloss Recipe | Green Moong Dal | Hari Moong Dal | Veg Healthy Recipes

Learn this Healthy Indian Recipe of Sabut Moong Dal also called hari moong dal/ whole green moong dal. The taste of this green gram curry is like a home-cooked dal and really goes well with Rotis or steamed rice.

Note: Mung beans are high in nutrients and antioxidants, which may provide health benefits. In fact, they may protect against heat stroke, aid digestive health, promote weight loss, and lower “bad” LDL cholesterol, blood pressure, and blood sugar levels.

Ingredients:
Sabut hari moong dal (Green gram) – 250 gm
Oil – 1/2 cup
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Curry leaves – 15 – 20
Chopped onion – 1 medium
Chopped green chili – 5
Asafoetida (Hing) – 1/4 tsp
Chopped tomato – 2 medium
Turmeric powder (Haldi) – 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder (jeera) – 1 tsp
Whole spices powder (garam masala) – 1/2 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp/to taste
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves – few/your requirements
