Healthy bread that you can always eat without gaining weight.

Recipe:

2 cups warm water
1 tsp yeast
2 tbsp honey
4 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup ground flaxseeds
1/4 grapeseed oil/reg oil

Mix the warm water with yeast and honey leave it for 5 mins. Prepare the flour, salt, flaxseed, oil and mix all together no kneeding needed. Let is set for 1 hr and transfer it to the heated pot.
