Healthy Breakfast Muffins
Full list of Ingredients:
75g Self Raising wholemeal Flour
75g Coconut Flour
1/2 tsp mixed Spice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
50g Raisins
50g dried Apricots, chopped
25g Pecan nuts, chopped
25g Caster Sugar
50ml sunflower or coconut oil
75ml natural yogurt
75ml Almond or Coconut milk
1 egg
1 banana, mashed
1 tsps vanilla extract
1 apple, grated
1 small carrot, grated
sprinkling seeds
