Easy and quick carrot beans poriyal/ salad.
Detailed recipe:
Serves: 4 people
Method:
1. In a cooker add 4 spoons of oil, curry leaves, green chilies, chopped carrot, and chopped beans, salt, and turmeric powder. Add little water to cook, give it one whistle.
2. Open the cooker after it cools down. Add transfer the vegetable to a bowl, leave the water behind if any. Add freshly grated cucumber, mix and enjoy.
