For Vendya kuzhambu
Oil 1 tbsp+1 tsp
mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
soaked methi seeds 1 tbsp

Curry leaves a few
salt to taste
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
hing/asafoetida 1/4 tsp
Tamarind a small lemon size
Grated coconut 1/4 cup
