Panchmel Subzi is a delicious and healthy #RajasthaniCurry. This #5VegetableSubzi is made using bottle gourd, cucumber, carrot, and beans. You can now make this #PanchmelSubzi with Cookd’s simple recipe and serve it hot. Do try this recipe and share your feedback with us.

Panchmel Subzi Recipe:

French Beans (batons) – ½ Cup
Cucumber (batons) – ½ Cup
Bottle Gourd (batons) – ½ Cup
Carrot (batons) – ½ Cup
Long Beans (batons) – ½ Cup
Ghee – 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds – ½ tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
Green Chillies (minced) – 1 nos
Red Chilli Powder – ½ tsp
Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Salt – ½ tsp
Garam Masala Powder – ¼ tsp
Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
Dry Mango Powder – ½ tsp

Cooking Instructions:

1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Add the ginger-garlic paste and saute until the raw flavour goes.

2. Add the mixed vegetables, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and ¼ cup of water.

3. Cover and simmer for 10 mins.

4. Finish with dry mango powder, garam masala powder and lemon juice.

Cooking Tips:

1. This curry can be made with a mix of any vegetables.
