Today I am sharing a very easy and yummy aloo Poha recipe. This is superb breakfast and gets ready in 10 minutes. Even a beginner can make this easiest recipe. Do try this easy breakfast recipe with very few common ingredients.
~INGREDIENTS~
(for 3-4 people)
Poha- 1 and 1/2 cup
Peanuts- 3-4 tbsp
Sliced onion- 1 medium
Thinly Sliced Potato- 2 medium
Chopped tomato- 2 medium
Refined oil- 3-4 tbsp
Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
Dry red chili- 2
Curry leaves- few
Chopped green chili- 1 tbsp
Haldi or turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Salt- as per taste
Finely chopped coriander leaves
