Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add garlic, green chilli saute. Then add onion, carrot, saute for 2 min. Add Red, green and yellow capsicum saute. Add garam masala, green chilli sauce, tomato chilli sauce, soya sauce and salt saute. Add boiled basmati rice & salt mix well. Finally add crushed peppercorns mix well. Then serve hot with tomato sauce
