Ingredients:
*2 Cups Frozen Tropical Fruit
*1/2 Cup Roasted Carrots
*1/2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
*1 Container of Danon Light & Fit Greek Yogurt Vanilla
*12 Oz Low Fat Milk
*1/8 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1. Roast the carrots at 425 degrees until slightly soft (about 20 minutes).
2. Add all ingredients into the blender (adding milk and vanilla extract last).
3. Blend until smooth!
