INGREDIENTS
▢ ½ cup eggless mayonnaise
▢ 2 tbsp green capsicum (finely chopped)
▢ 2 tbsp red capsicum (finely chopped)
▢ ¼ carrot (grated)
▢ 2 tbsp corn (boiled)
▢ ¼ tsp pepper (crushed)
▢ ¼ tsp salt
▢ 6 slices bread (white / brown)
▢ 6 tsp green chutney
▢ 3 tsp butter
1. Firstly, in a huge mixing bowl take ½ cup eggless mayonnaise.
2. Upload in 2 tbsp green capsicum, 2 tbsp red capsicum, ¼ carrot, 2 tbsp corn, ¼ tsp pepper and ¼ tsp salt.
3. Mix properly ensuring everything is blended nicely.
4. Now unfold a tsp of green chutney over a slice of bread.
5. Also spread 2 tbsp of prepared mayonnaise spread.
6. Similarly unfold of tsp of more green chutney over every other bread slice and region over stuffing.
7. Toast the sandwich with butter on both sides. Finally, reduce the bread into half and serve eggless mayonnaise sandwich.
