With most of us spending more time at home working, and studying, we tend to reach for unhealthy snacks at home. Here are 3 of my favourite snack recipes which are healthy, extremely easy to make (only 5 – 8 ingredients each) and will provide you with energy to keep going!

1) Banana Oat Muffins (makes 8 – 10)
– 1.5 cups Oats
– 1/2 cup Greek Yoghurt
– 2 Bananas, mashed
– 2 Eggs
– 2 tbsps. Honey / Maple Syrup
– 1/4 cup crushed Walnuts
– 2 tbsps. Dried Cranberries
– 1 tsp. Baking Soda
**Preheat oven to 180C / 350F

2) Dark Chocolate Smoothie (serves 1)
– 1 Banana
– 2 tbsps. Greek yoghurt
– 1 cup Unsweetened Soy Milk
– 1/4 cup Strawberries
– 1/4 cup Blueberries
– 1 tbsp. Chia Seeds
– 1 tsp. Dark Chocolate Powder

3) Chia Pudding (serves 2)
– ¼ cup Chia Seeds
– 1 cup Milk, any choice
– 1 tsp. Maple Syrup or Honey
– 1 Large Banana, mashed
– 2 tbsps. Peanut Butter
