Today I am sharing with you weight loss ladoo, these ladoo are sugar free, made from ragi, and to make these ladoo healthier I used Kapiva A2 Desi ghee. This Ghee is made from A2 desi cow milk. In single Ragi ladoo will get 68 calories.
We can easily add these ragi ladoo in our weight loss diet plan in moderation. These weight loss ladoo are gluten free, so those who have gluten sensitivity they can also have these ladoo.

Ragi ladoo recipe
Serving-10
Ingredients
1-Ragi atta (finger millet flour)-40 gm
2-Rajgeera atta (amaranth flour)-40 gm
3-Foxnut-22 gm
4-Jaggery-40 gm
5-Ghee-3 tsp
6-Almomd-10 gm
7-Elachi powder-1/2 tsp

Cooking method

1-Take a pan heat it, add foxnut and roast it for 3-4 min.
2-Once it cools down, grind it as fine powder.
3-Take a pan add 2 tsp oil.
4-Once it heats up add ragi atta and rajgeera atta to it.
6-Fry it for 5-8 min in slow flame.
7-once it done, take it out in a bowl.
8-In the same pan add 1/4th cup water and jagger powder, cook for 5-8 min.
9-Then add ragi powder, rajgeera powder, foxnut powder, chopped almonds and elachi powder.
10-Mix well. Then add 1 tsp ghee and grind it as fine powder.
11-Then make ladoo from it.
12-We can make 10 ragi ladoo from this mixture.
