Ingredients:
Bitter Gourd: 4 Nos
Oil: 1 Tbsp
Mustard Seeds: 1/2 Tsp
Cumin Seeds: 1/2 Tsp
Onion: 1 Nos
Tomato Chopped: 1 Tbsp
Turmeric Powder: 1/4 Tsp
Chilli Powder: 1/4 Tsp
Coriander Leaves: Few

Method:
1. Today lets check out how to make Bitter Gourd Fry. It is a very delicious and healthy side dish that best goes with rasam rice or curd rice . Very easy to make, so lets quickly check out the ingredients and get started.
2. Before starting, lets go and pick some fresh bitter gourd from our garden. Clean wash it and keep it ready. Cut off both the ends. Make thin slices. Remove the seeds and keep it ready. Now we are ready with all the slices. Transfer it to a mixing bowl. Add 1/2 tsp o salt and mix it well. Allow this to rest for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, squeeze out the water and keep it ready.
3. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan. When the oil is hot add the bitter gourd slices. Fry for 5 minute sin medium flame. After 5 minutes, the bitter gourd is well roasted and ready, so remove from the pan.
3. To the same oil, add 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds, 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds and 1 onion thinly sliced. Saute for a minute. Then to this add 1 tbsp of chopped tomato, 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder and 1/4 tsp of chilli powder. Mix it well. Then to this add the roasted bitter gourd and mix well.
4. Close it with a lid and cook for 10 minutes in low flame. After 10 minutes, lets open and check, the bitter gourd i s well cooked and ready, so off the flame and sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves and our delicious bitter gourd fry is now ready.
5. Serve it hot with some rasam rice or curd rice and enjoy with your family and friends.
