Cucumber salad
Ingredients:
-1 cucumber(large)
-1 red onion
-1/2 lemon (squeezed)
-Salt to taste
-parsley leaves
-Snack of the day
-100g Blueberries
Recipe for Dinner
Zucchini
Ingredients:
-1 Zucchini
-1 tomato
-1/2 cup water
-1tsp salt
-1tsp red chilli powder
-1tsp Turmeric powder
-3tbsp cooked rice or 2 slices of brownbread can be served with zucchini
