In this video I’m trying some new weight loss meal replacement meals to find out if they are tasty or not. I will be rating them out of 10. I am currently on a weight loss journey to lose 140lbs (64kg) and am using the 1:1 Cambridge diet. Most of the meals are around 200 calories. I have a total of 4 meals, so consume around 800 calories a day.
