These are mix vegetable tikkis/non fried fritters which can be served as a snack with any dip of your choice.

Using pigeon chopper I finely chopped all the veggies – onion, cabbage, carrot, beetroot.
In the absence of chopper; finely chop onion and grate all other veggies. Grate some ginger.
Heat some oil in a pan and add ginger, sauté and add all the veggies. Add salt and mix well. Cook for 7-8 mins till veggies are cooked.
Boil, peel and mash 4 potatoes. Add salt and black pepper powder. Add the cooked veggies, mix well.
Make small tikkis and coat both sides with semolina OR bread crumbs and cook both the sides till they turn golden brown on an oil greased non stick pan.
Serve with green chutney or ketchup or any other dip of your choice.
