6. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
B. Seasoning for the Vegetables
1. 1/2 teaspoon lemon Pepper
seasoning
2. 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
3. 1/4 teaspoon Olive Oil
C. Chicken Meatball Seasonning
1. 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
2. 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
3.1 teaspoon Paprika Powder
4.1/2 teaspoon Chicken
