Everything simply gets thrown into a food processor! These bites (or BALLS as we kept saying in the video haha) are full of healthy fats, protein…everything your skin needs 🙂

► T H E R E C I P E / Ingredients:

120g almond butter

100g oat flakes

80g honey/agave syrup

4 medjool dates (60g)

15g ground flax/linseed (1 tbsp)

2 teaspoon sesame seeds

1 teaspoon of spirulina

1 & 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla essence

1 tbsp water

THEN you can roll the mixture in whatever toppings you like, some examples are shown in the video…they were all extremely delicious!

All of the ingredients are healthier options than what you’ll find in sweets in the shops, and these raw energy balls provide tons of nutrients & attack your sweet cravings, satisfying a sweet tooth much faster than any sugary milk chocolate bar will 🙂
