This Chocolate Chip Banana Bread is one of the easiest healthy snacks to make and devour! Despite it’s sugar-free and dairy-free ingredients, this recipe enables a moist chocolaty centre that fulfills sweet cravings while simultaneously fulfilling daily nutritious requirements.

Total time: 40-45 min (10-15 prep; 30 bake)

Ingredients:
1. Banana (4)
2. Flour (1 heaping cup)
3. Stevia (1-3 tsp)
4. Baking powder (1 tsp)
5. Cinnamon Powder (1 tsp)
6. Large egg (1)
7. Oil (2 tbsp)
8. Vanilla Essence (1 tsp)
9. Dark (sugar-free) Chocolate Chips (1/3 cup)
10. Unflavoured Whey Protein Powder (1 1/2 cup (optional))

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, add flour, stevia, baking powder, and cinnamon powder. Whisk thoroughly and set aside.
(OPTIONAL STEP) – Add unflavoured whey protein powder to boost protein intake.
2. In a larger separate bowl, use a fork to mash the bananas. Make sure to mash until smooth and no large lumps are visible.
3. Add oil, egg, vanilla essence, and chocolate chips into the mashed bananas and mix with a spatula.
4. Add the first bowl of mixed flour into the larger second bowl of mashed bananas. Mix thoroughly until batter is thick and smooth.
5. Grease baking dish with little oil. Then, pour the batter and spread evenly across the dish. Top with a layer of chocolate chips.
6. Bake at medium-high heat (350 degrees) for 30 minutes.
7. Allow bread to cool before cutting and enjoying!
