Smoothie Bowl:
1 frozen banana
4 frozen strawberries
water if needed to blend smoother
what I put on top of my smoothie bowl:
one cut up strawberry
chia seeds
granola
coconut chips
frozen blueberries
it was SOOO GOOD!!
for the peanut butter and banana that’s pretty self explanatory 😛
Banana Pancakes:
1 mashed up banana
2 medium eggs
1/3 of some type of flour (oat flour can be made by blending oats)
Combine all the ingredients to form a batter.
Place on a hot pan in little 4 inch in diameter disks!
And you’re done! So yummy 🙂
