Preparation
Heat the pan and Pour in 10 ml of oil .Saute the ten shallots and the pieces of one onion, 100 gms of beetroot pieces, pieces of a peeled potato , 2 spoons of mustard , salt to taste and a spoon of mixture of spices for 4 to 5 minutes. Pour in 150 ml of water and mix well and cook in the pressure cooker for 15 minutes. Then open and mash the potato beetroot mixture into a pulp.
Take 4 slices of bread. Apply the potato beetroot mixture to one slice and cover with another slice .Make two sandwiches in this way. Cut each sandwich diagonally into two triangular halves . Break in two eggs into a bowl. Put in salt to taste and mix well. Heat a pan and pour in 15 ml of oil. spread the oil evenly in the pan and let it become hot. Dip the sandwiches in the egg mixture and put it in the pan and fry for 90 seconds on each side before turning to the other side. Do this for a total of three minutes till the sandwiches are fried. Take off the pan and serve
