DAY IN THE LIFE – SYDNEY’S LOCKDOWN 3/9/2021

PIZZA
1. preheat oven to 180 degrees
2. lay out your pizza base of choice
3. slap on your toppings i used capsicum, mushroom, cheese, chicken, spinach
4. bake in oven for 12 minutes or until cheese is lightly golden brown ya know 🙂

JUMP ROPE INTERVAL WORKOUT
6 x 90 seconds steady pace
– 2 minute break in-between each set
1 x 5 minute steady pace

AB WORKOUT
45 seconds on 10 seconds off
A1 – Anchored sit ups
A2 – Leg raises
A3 – Toe Touches
A4 – Opposite hand to foot crunches
A4 – Dead-bugs
Repeats 3 times, 60 second break
