In this video you will learn how to prepare avocado egg salad recipe for weight loss with avocado egg salad dressing. Avocado salad with egg is a healthy salad recipe for weight loss, easy to prepare and real tasty.
Ingredients: Avocado, eggs, tomatoes, cucumber, onions, lettuce leaves. For salad dressing: 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp salad spices, 1 tbsp mustard sauce ,1 tsp olive oil , garlic and ginger powder, salt and pepper to taste.
Cut the ingredients (avocado, eggs, tomatoes, cucumber, onions, lettuce leaves), to your desired sizes, measurement according to the quantity you want to prepare. In this video i used 2 avocados, 3 eggs, 3 tomatoes, 1 cucumber, 1 onions and a bunch of lettuce leaves.
Put them into a big bowl. Prepare the avocado egg salad dressing with 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp salad spices, 1 tbsp mustard sauce, 1 tsp olive oil, garlic and ginger powder, Salt and Pepper to taste. Mix it well and pour it into the bowl. Mix all the ingredients together and your healthy real tasty avocado egg salad recipe for weight loss is ready to serve.
