Minced Garlic 2 tbsp
Spring onion 2 tbsp
Freshly diced onions 2 tbsp
Corn starch 2 tbsp
Little water
Salt for taste
Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
Oil for deep fry
Red pepper 2 tbsp
Orange pepper 2 tbsp
Finely chopped carrots 2 tbsp
Yellow pepper 2 tbsp
Chilli sauce 1 tbsp
Tomato Ketchup 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Spring onions for garnishing
