👉I’m currently in slight calorie deficit and love healthy eating! I came up with some easy ways to have flavorful nutritious foods quickly! The key to me staying on track long term to meet my goals is eating plenty of healthy tasty foods under what I burn in a day! I’m a hungry girl so I would not be able to stay on track if I felt like I was starving! Protein plays a huge part of my diet and I’m non dairy as well! I’m working to getting more toned & sculpted!
