Dry Ingredients:
Keto Pumpkin Donuts
1 1/4 cup almond flour
1/2 cup confectioners swerve
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
pinch of allspice
pinch of nutmeg
pinch of pumpkin spice seasoning
Wet Ingredients:
2 eggs
2tbsps vanilla unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsps pumpkin pie filling
2 tbsps salted butter, melted
preheat oven to 350 degrees
mix all dry ingredients together set aside
mix all wet ingredients , mix well
slowly pour in wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix well
Grease donut silicon molds with pam spray
place pans on cookie sheet
fill each mold with 2 to 3 tbsps of mixture
put into oven for 10 min and check
put into oven for another 2 min
While cooling make topping
4 tbsps swerve confections sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
pinch of allspice, nutmeg and pumpkin spice seasoning
sprinkle over top Enjoy!!
Pumpkin spiced Latte Cool
1 cup your favorite coffee
Pumpkin spiced almond milk
vanilla unsweetened almomd milk
nutmeg and pumpkin spice sprinkled on top
fill glass with ice, add coffee half way up, add pumpkin spiced almond milk to top
froth about 1/4 cup almond milk and add to top
sprinkle with nutmeg, cinnamon and pumpkin spiced seasoning
enjoy cold or warm
