Healthy Chocolate Cake with ZERO Sugar!

YOU NEED:

200 g almond flover
1 dl raw cacao powder
1 tbsp baking powder
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
200 g pitted dates
300 g ripe bananas
1 tbsp vanilla extract
3 eggs
1 tbsp raw coconut oil

HOW IT IS COOKING:

1) Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl until well combined and set aside.
2) In a blender, blend dates, bananas, eggs and vanilla extract to a nice thick and sticky consistence. Make sure that the dates are pitted as it is crucial that the pits are removed!
3) Now fold the blended mixture into the dry ingredients until the dough has a thick and sticky texture. If it’s too dry you can add a bit of water.
4) Grease up a baking mold after your own preference with coconut oil and add in the dough.
5) Bake the cake for 20-25 minutes. You can test with a fork to see when the cake is done. If you stick in the fork and it comes out clean, the cake is done.
6) Let the cake rest for 20 minutes before cutting into it.
