Vegetable stir fry
Serve-1
Ingredient
1-Cauliflower-200 gm
2-Onion-100 gm
3-Carrot-50 gm
4-French beans-100 gm
5-Corn-80 gm
6-Oil-1 tsp
7-Salt-as per taste
8-Red chili flakes-1 tsp
9-Oregano-1 tsp
Cooking process
1-Wash and chop all vegetables into long slices.
2-Take a clay pot add oil and fry veggies.
3-Cover it and cook for 10 min.
4-Add salt, red chili flakes and oregano seasoning.
Serve hot.
