Hi friends, today I am sharing with you lunch recipe for weight loss, it is a millet recipe made from barnyard millet, we can all this recipe as millet daddojanam also. In single serving of lunch recipe will get 316 calories. It is a gluten free recipe, so those who have gluten sensitivity they can also add this recipe in their diet plan during lunch time.

Millet recipe
Serve-1
Ingredients
1-Barnayad millet-30 gm
2-Carrot-20 gm (1 small size)
3-Bottle gourd-100 gm
4-Cucumber-40 gm (1 small size)
5-Curd-200 gm
6-Salt-as per taste
7-Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
8-Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
9-Curry leaves-5 leaves
10-Green chili-as per taste
11-Ghee-1/2 tsp

Cooking method
1-Take a bowl add 3 spoons of barnyard millets.
2-Wash it 2-3 times.
3-keep it aside.
4-Wash and peel, cucumber, bottle gourd, carrot.
5-Greate it with the help of greater.
6-Take a pan, here I am using Clay pot.
7-Add ½ tsp ghee to the clay pot.
8-Add 1/2 tsp mustard seeds,1/2 tsp cumin seeds, curry leaves, fry for 1 min.
9-Then add chopped green chili fry for 2 min.
10-Now add grated carrot, grated bottle gourd and fry them.
11-Cover it and cook for 5 min.
12-Then add washed barnyard millet.
13-Add salt and 1 cup water. Mix well.
14-Cover it and cook for 15 min.
15-Once it cools down completely, add 200 gm curd nearly 14 spoons to it.
16-Then add grated cucumber and mix well.
17-Garnish with roasted groundnuts and coriander leaves.
Our healthy Barnyard millet Daddojanam is ready to serve.
