Welcome back Fit Foodies, in today’s episode 3 of our “Fit Meal in 15” series. We have prepared a Healthy Lunch Thali for you. You can get this nutritious Lunch Thali ready in just 15 Minutes. This Thali meal Inludes Ragi Roti + Sprouts Curry + Raita + Sabzi Recipe. Ragi or finger millet also known as Nachini is an excellent grain or millet for women as it’s high in calcium, iron, protein and many other Essen nutrients. Also I have made the sprouts curry using moth Dal but feel free to substitute it with Moong dal or any other whole dal as per availability. Make sure to add seasonal veggies to Thali using same method.
