3 healthy meals for less than 10 dollars | How to cook healthy meals on a budget
It’s truly such a myth that eating healthy is more expensive. When you actually look at the price breakdown per meal compared to the average price of a combo meal, you’d be suprised to find that preparing your own meals is A LOT cheaper.

Here are 3 healthy meal ideas for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with ONLY 5 ingredients or less!…
🌟 INGREDIENTS: 🌟
✅ BREAKFAST: Avocado toast with an egg
-1 slice gluten free bread (I used canyon bakehouse)
-1/4 of a medium avocado
-(optional) oliv oil for frying the egg, salt, red pepper flakes, everything bagel seasoning
✅ LUNCH: Gluten free pasta with turkey meatballs (MAKES 4 SERVINGS!)
-1 box of banza pasta (or any other gluten free pasta, 8 oz)
-1 lb of ground turkey (I used Target’s good and gather brand)
-1 jar of marinara sauce (I used Trader Joe’s roasted garlic marinara)
-1/2 cup of chopped green peppers
1/3 cup of chopped white onion
✅ DINNER: Shrimp over healthy fried rice (MAKES 4 SERVINGS)
-1 lb of wild caught shrimp with tails removed (try to avoid farm raised if possible)
-1 cup of dried brown rice (be sure to rince before cooking)
-1 & 1/2 cups frozen mixed veggies
-1/3 cup chopped green onion
-(optional) Teriyaki or soy sauce
