1/2cup finely chopped carrot
1/2cup finely chopped cucumber
1/2cup finely chopped tomato
1/4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
1tbsp hung curd
1tsp oregano
1/2tsp chilliflakes
Salt to taste

Bread slices

First mix all the ingredients mentioned above.
Then cut the sides of bread.

Now spread vegetable mixture on bread slices. Cover another bread slice over it . Then cut it into triangle shape . Now curd sandwich is ready . Serve it with any sauce or chutney.
