This recipe is suitable for those also who are doing Navratri fast, even those who are not doing Navratri fast they can also add this recipe in their diet plan. It is a gluten free recipe. This recipe is one of the best Navratri vrat recipe.

Sweet potato recipe for weight loss
Serve-1
Ingredients
1. Sweet Potato – 100 gm
2. Carrot – 50 gm
3. Pumpkin – 100 gm
4. Ghee – 5 gm
5. Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
6. Green chili – as per taste
7. Curd – 150 gm
8. Coriander leaves – 5 gm
9. Roasted Groundnuts – 10 gm
10. Ginger – as per taste
11. Fasting Salt – as per taste
Cooking method
• Wash and peel carrot, pumpkin, and boil sweet potato. Peel the sweet potato skin and mash it.
• Heat a pan add 1 tsp ghee, then add cumin seeds, green chili, Fry it
• Add grated carrot and pumpkin, fry it for 5 min on slow flame.
• Now switch off the flame, add mashed sweet potato
• Add 2/3 cup curd.
• Now in motor pastel add coriander leaves, roasted groundnuts, and ginger, crush it coarsely.
• Add this masala to curd, salt in vegetable mixture, Mix well.
Our healthy Navratri special sweet potato raita is ready to serve.
