DIET FOR ACID REFLUX, ULCERS HEARTBURN, GERD

Hello 👋 loves welcome back to my channel, in today’s video I’m going to sharing with you all another delicious dinner recipe.
Today’s video is about food, simple recipes that I make my husband for ulcers and acid reflux.

I AM NOT AN EXPERT IN THIS FIELD, I AM JUST GOING TO BE MAKING SIMPLE RECIPES IN ACCORDANCE TO MY HUSBAND’S DOCTOR FOOD RECOMMENDATIONS.

I always make recipes from my countries cuisine. I also make other countries cuisines. But being a ordinary person you have to improvise…

INGREDIENTS
*1kg all purpose wheat flour
1tbs baking soda
1/2tbs salt to taste
3 – 5tbs butter /margarine
Thinly chopped coriander
* a bowl of Mince meat
Cooking oil
A bowl of green peas
1 medium size carrot (half chopped and a half grated)
Half of a small tomato (chopped)
Chopped coriander
1/4tbs ground ginger
2tbs paprika
1/2cup of milk
Salt to taste

Onions and tomatoes are not recommended but if they don’t trigger any of the conditions named above 👆👆, then I recommend you use them in VERY VERY SMALL QUANTITIES. Today I am going to use half of a small chopped tomato but I am not going to use onion.

You can use red pepper or paprika to replace tomatoes. Today I am going to use 2 table spoons of paprika. ONLY IF peppers don’t trigger any of the conditions named above 👆👆

Like I have said in my previous videos, my husband eats a little onions and tomatoes. It’s difficult for him to completely stop eating them. So at times I use them in small quantities. ONLY IF NECESSARY.

You can use fresh coriander or ground coriander

I recommend you stop using GARLIC completely, if you are struggling with any of the conditions named above 👆👆
