Process:

1. Put cleaned sweet potato in a pan for roasting. Switch on the gas and let it roast for 10-15 minutes from all sides.
2. Peel of the skin of roasted sweet potatoes
3. Cut sweet potato into small pieces and toss it with Desi Ghee in a pan and let it cook for 5 minutes to bring crunchiness
4. Put cooked sweet potato slices into a bowl. Add roasted peanuts, anar dana, black pepper, lemon juice, sendha namak, into bowl and mix it.
5. The dish is ready to be served
