Ingredients:
1. Onion
2. Carrot
3. Bell pepper
4. Cabbage
5. Green chilies
6. Salt
7. Ginger powder
8. Dry mango powder
9. Garlic
10. Turmeric
11. Wheat flour
12. Coconut flakes
13. Little oil
Procedure:
1. In a bowl, add onions, carrot, bell pepper, cabbage, salt and mix well.
2. Now add, ginger powder, dry mango powder, garlic, coconut flakes.
3. Give it a quick mix and add very little turmeric.
4. Add wheat flour gradually and mix.
5. Add water and form a dough. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
6. Dust the floor with some wheat flour. Take small portion of the dough and press it gently with the hands.
7. Transfer this pressed dough on to a hot pan and add very little oil (Optional).
8. Dust the excess flour and place it on hot tawa.
9. Flip over once the color changes and it is ready to serve.
