Hi friends, In today’s video I will share weight loss ladoo recipe, these are protein laddu for weight loss. In single laddu will get 75 calories and 3.3 gm proteins. Very healthy and easy to prepare recipe. As well as to make these weight loss ladoo recipe I didn’t add single drop of oil/ghee, it is complete zero oil recipe as well as these are sugar free ladoo also. To increase the protein in the ladoo I used Nutrabay peanut butter. As we all know peanut butter are rich in proteins and fiber, it increases the recipe protein. Even we can give these ladoo to kids also.

These weight loss ladoo are high in proteins and low in calories but we for weight loss it is always important to control the portion size as well as eat this laddu once in a while and in moderation only.

Weight loss ladoo recipe
Serve-15
Ingredients
1-Foxnut-20 gm
2-Roasted Bengal gram-50 gm
3-Puffed Amaranth (rajgeera)-50 gm
4-Pumpkin seeds-30 gm
5-Poppy seeds-30 gm
6-Dates-30 gm
7-Nutrabay Peanut butter-70 gm

Cooking method
1-Take a pan add Foxnut, Roast it for 5 min in slow flame.
2-Until Foxnut become crispy. Keep it aside
3-In the same pan roast pumpkin seeds, roasted Bengal gram, poppy seeds.
4-Now add all ingredients to mixer jar, add 1 cup Rajgira, dates and peanut.
5-Grind it as fine powder.
6-Now add 4-5 tbsp milk and make laddu from it.
