Chana salad
Serve-1
Ingredients
1-Chana-50 gm
2-Cabbage-200 gm
3-Onion-Medium size
4-Capsicum- small size
5-Green chili-as per taste
6-Garlic- 15 cloves
7-Salt- as per taste
8-Turmeric-1/4th tsp
9-Coriender powder-1 tsp
10-Oregano seasoning- as per taste
11-Cumin seeds-1 tsp
12-Oil-1 tsp

Cooking method

1-Wash and soak chana overnight
2-Pressure cook next morning
3-Take a pan add 1 tsp oil
4-Add cumin seeds chopped veggies and fry it.
5-Then add cooked chana spices and salt.
6-Add spices mix well fry for 5 min.
Our healthy chana salad is ready to serve
