INGREDIENTS:
Kalay Masar (Whole Black Lentil Grams):
– 1½ cup kali Masar dal (Whole Black Lentil Grams) washed
– ½ tbsp Salt
– 1 tsp Red chili powder
– ½ tsp Haldi (Turmeric)
– 2 cloves Garlic
– 8 cups water
For Tarka:
– 2 tsp Oil / Ghee
– ½ small Onion
NOTE: Herbs and spices are used to add flavor to foods and they are extremely low in calories.
