We need:
1.5 cups rolled oats
2 very ripe banana
1 egg
2 tbsp almond milk
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
pinch of salt

powdered stevia or powdered sugar for dusting(optional)

Diections:
1. Add rolled oats in a blender and grind into flour. Add egg, banana, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking soda, baking powder, ground cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth. (Do not over blend).
2. Pour batter into a lightly greased pan lined with parchment paper.
3. Bake at 350 F preheated oven for 50-55 minutes or when toothpick comes out clean.
4. Let it cool before taking out from the pan, sprinkle some powdered stevia or powdered sugar on top(optional).
5. Enjoy!
