HEALTHY COLESLAW SANDWICH RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup shredded cabbage
1/3 cup shredded carrot
1/4 cup mayonnaise
pinch of salt & pepper
sliced Japanese cucumber
Ichipan sliced bread

HEALTHY COLESLAW SANDWICH RECIPE WITH CUCUMBER PROCEDURE:
In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup shredded cabbage, 1/3 cup shredded carrots and 1/4 cup mayonnaise.
Then add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well and set aside.
Prepare 4pcs sliced bread.
Spread the coleslaw mixture into 2 sliced bread.
You can add sliced cucumber on top.
Then cover them with another 2 sliced bread.
Then sliced them into halves.
It’s ready to be served.
