super healthy GLAZE CURDS … 🍶| Vegan & GLUTEN-free

I have a special silicone mold for Glaze Curds… you can take any other mold, IMPORTANT❗️use such a mold that it will be easy to take out the mass from there.

Ingredients :

1 part:
🌱 70 g Green buckwheat
🌱 125 g Cashew
🌱 30 g or 3 tbsp Lemon juice
🌱 65 g Maple/Agave syrup
🌱 Two lemon Zest (really important ingredient, don’t skip it)
🌱 1/2 tsp lemon extract
🌱 1 Vanilla Pod
——
2 part:
🌱110 g Refined coconut oil
🌱 100 g Coconut milk 18%
——
🌱 200-300 g Vegan milk/dark chocolate
🌱 40-60 g Grapeseed oil

+ 80 g of your favourite jam (I had a cheery & fig jam, also don’t take too sweet jam)

Cooking👩🏻‍🍳 :

1. Soak the cashews and the green buckwheat for 8 hours or the whole night. Also, you can sprout the green buckwheat… it will be even healthier.
2. Put the first part of the ingredients in a blender.
4. The second part of the ingredients heat over low heat to melt a coconut oil and combine with a coconut milk.
5. Then put melted coconut oil and coconut milk into the blender and mix it all together for 1 min. In a high-speed blender.
6. Put the curd mass to your mold (so here you can also add your favourite jam, see in the photo how I did it) and freeze it for 4 hours or night.
7. Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Add grapeseed oil and mix it well. Take out the frozen glazed curds and dip them into the chocolate one by one.
8. Then put them to the fridge for about 30 min, so that the curd mass defrost.
9. Glaze curds a ready! Enjoy them and share with others 😉

You can store them for 4-5 days in the refrigerator for 4-5 days or freeze them 💙
