Jeera / Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Chana dal and urad dal mix – 2 tsp
Curry leaves
Cumin / Jeera powder – 1 tsp
Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
Chat Masala – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
