Here is another quick and easy breakfast recipe to start your morning Healthy way.

Spinach and mushroom Omlet. It’s filled with high content of fiber, protein, and taste.

Let’s get started with the Recipe :

1) Heat Pan with 1tsp oil and add crushed garlic and Chillie. Saute until you get the aroma from garlic.

2) Add 4 to 5 Long sliced Button Mashroom and stay until it gets fried.

3) Now add in a finely chopped handful of Spinach and saute until it shrinks and binds with mushroom.

4) Add Salt, pepper powder as per taste and give last stir.

5) Spinach and mushroom mixture is ready.

6) Now break 1 or 2 eggs in a bowl, add grated Carrot. A little amount of milk to make the omelet thick. Add salt and pepper as required and whisk well.

7) Again Heat a pan with Lil oil and pour in egg mixture once the pan is hot.

8) Once pan Omlet is lightly cooked on the upper layer, transfer the Spinach and mushroom mixture to one side of the omelet.

9) I added D’Lecta Feta cheese which is rich in protein n Iron. Topped crumbs of feta cheese on mixture spread.

10) Flip over the other half covering the mixture and let the omelet cook for another 40sec.

11) Spinach and mushroom Omlet are ready to enjoy.
