Ingredients:
2 cups Cornflakes
5-6 Curry Leaves
2-3 Green Chillies
1-2 Dry red chillies
½ cup Peanuts
¼ cup Cashew Nuts
¼ cup Raisins
1/4 Cup Almonds
1/4 cup Coconut Flakes
½ teaspoon Amchoor Powder
½ teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
2-3 teaspoon Powdered Sugar
Salt to taste
1 -2 tablespoon Oil
Instructions:
– In a kadhai dry roast the Cornflakes
– Then add Salt and Sugar, mix well and roast for 2-3 minutes.
– In a different pan heat the oil , add green chillies, red chillies and curry leaves. Cook for 2-3 minutes ( Remove Moisture)
– Now Add Peanuts, Cashews, Raisins, Almonds and Coconut Flakes.
– Add Masal : Red chilli powder, Amchoor Powder, black pepper powder, Salt and Sugar. Mix will and all roasted Cornflakes.
– Final mix and it’s ready.
