HI GUYSSS!!! This easy-to-put-together recipe is fast, SO HEALTHY, delicious, and a perfect lunchtime to-go meal that you can pack together quickly the night before and enjoy at work or school (just add hot water!). If you don’t have access to hot water at school/work, I think a thermos with boiling water might work.
I like eating mostly raw foods and this hot water won’t COOK the food – so if you like all these veggies cooked, easily sautee them all together, wait for them to cool down, put them all into the mason jar first, then add the seasoning to the top.
INGREDIENTS:
Spice mix:
(To taste, but you can’t go wrong with ¼ tsp of each)
– Ginger
– Diced dried onion
– Turmeric
– Cayenne pepper
– Black pepper
– Sea salt
– Garlic powder
– Parsley flakes
You can also use a soup stock or a bouillon.
Veggies:
– Zucchini for noodles (use any type of noodle you like, just cook it ahead of time if it needs cooking!)
– Red cabbage
– Green onion
– Carrots
– Mushrooms
– Spinach
– Cilantro and lime for garnish/extra flavor
