Keto Egg Roll
Ingredients:
Chopped Capsicum- 5 gms
Eggs- 3
Chopped onion- 5 gms
Chopped bell pepper (red)- 5 gms
Chopped bell pepper (yellow)- 5 gms
Chopped mushroom- 5 gms
Salt- 2 gms
Chopped zucchini (green)- 5 gms
Chopped zucchini (yellow)- 5 gms
Lettuce- 2 gms
Vegan Mayo- 2 gms
Oil- 2 ml
Method:
Step 1: Take a pan, heat the oil, add all the chopped veggies and salt. Saute and store aside.
Step 2: Take a flat pan, heat the oil, add the whisked eggs and cook on each side on a medium flame.
Step 3: Add mayonnaise as a base, add lettuce and grilled vegetables.
Step 4: Wrap it a roll and serve.
