For Boiling Khichdi –
Yellow Lentil (Moond Dal) – 1/2 Cup
Broken Wheat (Dalia) – 1/2 Cup
Salt – 1 Tsp

For Tadka –
Ghee (Clarified Butter) – 1 Tbsp
Cumin Seeds (Jeera) – 1 Tsp
Asafoetida (Hing) – 1 Pinch
Ginger – 1 Tsp (Chopped)
Garlic – 1 Tbsp (Chopped)
Dried Red Chilli – 2-3
Onion – 1 Small (Chopped)
Spinach – 1 Bunch (100 gms) ; blend into puree without water
Lemon Juice – 1 Tbsp
