RUSSIAN SALAD
INGREDIENTS:
Chicken chunks 1 packet
Finely Chopped Cauliflower 1
Peeled and Boiled Peas 1 cup
Fresh Cream 1 cup
Finely Chopped Cucumber 2
Boiled Carrots 3
Potatoes 3
Apples 3
Raisins ½ cup
Salt to taste
Pineapple Cubes 1 small tin
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
Crushed White Pepper 1 tsp
Sugar ½ tbsp
METHOD:
Heat oil and fry chicken chunks and set aside. Then In a big bowl, take chopped cauliflower, boiled and chopped carrots, boiled and chopped potatoes (cubes), peeled and boiled peas, finely chopped apples, small tin of pineapple cubes and chopped cucumbers and mix it well. Then add cheese balls now add crushed white pepper, a bit of salt, sugar, fresh cream and mayonnaise. Mix all of them and keep it in the fridge to cool down. In the end, add roasted raisins and garnish. The cooler the salad is, the more delicious it is.

Mazaydar Balochi Chicken Karahi

Ingredients:
Chicken karahi pieces 1/2kg
Lemon 3- 4
Crushed black pepper 2tsp
Roasted cumin 2 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste 1/2 tbsp
Karahi masala 2 tbsp
Chopped Ginger 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Red chili powder 3 tbsp
Chopped green chilies 5-7
Clarified Butter/Oil 1½cup
Chopped Tomatoes 1/2 kg
Chopped green Coriander 1 bunch

METHOD:
Wash the chicken and put it into the Karachi. Add in 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and salt. Cook it till the water dries. Add in chopped tomatoes and cook it till the water dries. Now add in 2 tbsp karahi masala ,2 tsp crushed black pepper, 2 tsp roasted cumin and clarified butter / oil and Cook it . Add in 3 tbsp chopped ginger, chopped green chilies, green coriander and lemon juice.

Vegetable Qorma

Ingredients:
Potatoes 2
Green peas 1 cup
Carrots 2
Cauliflower 250 gm
Yogurt 250 gm
Onions 250 gm
Cumin seeds ½ tsp
Green cardamoms 4
Cloves 4
Black pepper 1 tsp
Nutmeg ½ tsp
Mace 1 piece
Red chilies 2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
All spice powder ½ tsp
Screwpine essence 1 tsp
Oil ½ cup

Method:
In a pan heat oil and fry onions. Remove and allow it to cool. Crush it well. Now in the yogurt add yogurt, crushed onions, cumin seeds, green cardamoms, cloves, black pepper, nutmeg, mace, red chili powder, coriander powder and salt. Mix well. Then heat oil and fry potatoes, green peas, carrots and cauliflower. Now add yogurt spice mixture and cook well until the oil comes up. Then add 1 cup water and cook on a low flame. Once the vegetables are tender add all spice powder and screwpine essence. Mix well and serve hot.
