Broccoli slaw is a salad made with fresh veggies, that is variation of traditional coleslaw, prepared using shredded raw broccoli, followed by lettuce,bell peppers, cucumber, babycorns, peanuts and Tofu (soya paneer) It may also contain mayonnaise, vinegar or lemon juice, hung curd, olive oil, salt and pepper.
